Team Building Seminar 2010

Best Team Leader award goes to Ms. Rowena Owie Lapuz, and Best Team Players are the following Eden Morillo, Maricel Cruz, Ryan Micko Padua and Gilbert Lardizabal they call their Group as “The Innovators“.

The Most Outstanding Team was lead by Mr. Jesse “Darkman”  Valle, together with his Team Members –Edward Daling, Ashley Adriatico, Willie and Anna Perena, and Ronna Mendoza they call their Group as The Dream Team.

The Most Promising Award goes to TeamBukto team led by Mr. Larry Layno and team members are composed of Mario Cardenas, Chris Mejorada, Jason Mayugba and Robert Perena.

While the Most Cooperative Awarded to The Great Team leaded by Ms. Tonette Galang , Team Players are Buddy dela Cruz, Danny Rodriguez,Bernie Morillo, Jimmy Rebulanan and Leslie Lapuz.

“I was initially concerned about the large size of our group.  But Mr. Baluch and Mrs. Anderson with the help of volunteers from Lightform itself managed to keep everyone actively involved and challenged in all the activities. I only hope we can do equally with the same fun sense of enthusiasm Mr. Baluch and Lightform Family showed us!”

We learned a great deal about ourselves and each other. We learned about team trust and support, and how we can pull together as a team to achieve success.”
